3. Diamoxs and Medicines
Diamoxs is the name of Medicines Brand that contained ‘Acetazolamide’ in Thailand. It can fix the Altitude sickness while we’re climbing to the low-oxygen area or high-mountains zone.
Please take them before going to Leh and during the trip apart from high pressure on the montains can caused you headached or heart-problems.
If you have the congenital disease ‘Don’t forget to bring your personal medicines’. Moreover, the emergency kits still neccessary example Paracetamol, Band aids and Antacid.
4. Heattech
It’s cold and you probably couldn’t patient on the weather changing. You should bring at least 1 set of Heattech to make u warm because Leh don’t have the heater in bedroom, only the reception or restaurant will have the gas heater inside. You should prepare the extra cloths for the unfortunately situations.
5. Entertainment part ( Choose by your style For me, Book is the best)
No internet Available outside the hotels especially at Pangong Lake. You should bring your kind of entertainment with you such as Music or Books. Don’t forget to bring your earphone because you have to take the long-time on the road ( The roadside have the inspire or joke quote for you to read! If you don’t bring anything to entertain yourself try to read them lol).
6. Tissue paper and Baby Wipes
In Leh, it’s hard to find the good toilets outside your resident or hotels because the snow falls hard and it always block the outside toilets. Hence, Tissue paper and baby wipes can help you a lot while you couldn’t find any suitable toilet and bathroom.
7. Foods, if you are non-veg
Almost 70% of Leh people is Vegetarian, if you’re NOT bring your own food ! We bring a lot of instant noodles and other meat to make our tummy full with protein. BUT don’t worry to much ! Leh food also have the white egg omelettes and Chapati that also good! You have to try it !
8.Traveling plan and emergency contacts,
Print it out will be useful, they can speak English but it’s easier to lets them read!

- ฮีสเทค และอุปกรณ์กันหนาว ควรเตรียมไปเผื่อ เพราะอากาศจะเปลี่ยนตอนไหนก็ไม่รู้
- อุปกรณ์สร้างความบันเทิงให้ตัวเอง ทุกอย่างควรดาวน์โหลดก่อนไปนะ เพราะเน็ตน้อยมาก ดาวน์โหลดที่นู่นไม่ติดแน่ๆ สำหรับเราหนังสือเวิร์ค ขณะอยู่โรงแรมเพราะช่วยให้หายเบื่อได้มาก
- ทิชชู่เปียก และกระดาษชำระ ควรเตรียมไปเพราะจำเป็นมาก ห้องน้ำที่เลห์ เอาแน่เอานอนไม่ได้ บางทีหิมะตกก็ไม่สามารถใช้ได้ก็มี ควรเตรียมไปด้วยนะ
- อาหารยังชีพ คนที่เลห์เป็นมังสวิรัตกันเยอะ ทำให้อาหารไม่ได้หลากหลายมากนัก คนไทยอาจจะเบื่อได้ แนะนำให้เตรียมมาม่า อาหารแห้ง หมูฝอย ไปด้วยเพื่อความอยู่รอด
